Oh yeh !

Congratulations to Trivess and Mel on their engagement a couple of weeks ago. This was never a done deal as Trivess first had to prove he was man enough for Mel by setting up a huge tent and lighting a fire-thankfully there was plenty of petrol and helpers on hand.
Great to see Cadel come over the line first in the Fleche Wallone, top effort getting past Contador on a very steep finish. Well done Cadel, hope you're reading this.

Last weekend's ride for Hamish was a beauty, just under 50 riders showed up, most of whom took on the Sth side of Mt Macedon on a beautiful day and a great course. We may have to have another go at this one for those of you who missed out.

Thanks to Janine and the rest of the crew for putting this ride on, the organisation was excellent and the cause was a privilege to ride for, though we still have some money to make.

Special mention goes to Peter B, I've never ridden in such heavy rain, lightning and thunder, thanks for the company on Tuesday night you silly bugger, it was great fun.
